Fatacil

Este ano tive um convite do meu amigo Nuno para ir fazer a animação do stand da empresa dele, a Refrisun, na Fatacil (Feira de Artesanato, Turismo, Agricultura, Comércio e Indústria de Lagoa). Esta é a maior feira do género em todo o Algarve e foi para mim uma honra enorme poder participar. Aqui ficam as fotos :)

This year, my friend Nuno invited me to do face painting at his company's stand, Refrisun. The event was Fatacil (Lagoa's Handicraft, Turism, Agriculture, Commerce and Industry Fair). This is the biggest event of the sort in the Algarve and it was a great honor to be part of it. Have a look at the photos!

Julho e Agosto

Julho e agosto foram meses bastante activos :) Comecei no início de Julho, com as festas da Bobadela. Mais uma vez, a Loja das Crianças/ Eventos e Crianças teve a amabilidade de me convidar para os ajudar a fazer a festa, e eu fui de muito boa vontade! Foram dois fins-de-semana super-divertidos, com imensa pintura e muitos sorrisos.

July and August have been two very busy months :) It all started at the beginning of July, with the festivities in Bobadela. Once again, the Loja das Crianças/ Eventos e Crianças was kind enough to invite me to help with the party, which I happily did! There were two super-fun weekends, filled with face painting and loads of smiles.

 

Depois disso, fui de férias para o Algarve, onde tive a possibilidade de animar um jantar de família. Muito obrigada à Joana, à Alexandra, à Lara e à minha irmã, que se voluntariaram para ser pintadas :)

After that, I wento to the Algarve on holidays, and I had the chance to do some face painting at a family & friends dinner. Thank you so much to Joana, Alexandra, Lara and to my sister, who were nice enough to let me paint them :)

Na semana seguinte, a Teresa foi ter conosco e levou a Mafalda :) A minha "sobrinha" portou-se lindamente e teve direito a uma borboleta! Infelizmente, não tenho aqui as fotos... Ponho quando tiver.

The week after that, teresa joined us in the Algarve with her lovely daughter, Mafalda :) My "niece" behaved like a princess, and was awarded with a painted butterfly! Unfortunately, I have no photos with me to post... I'll add them when I find them.

No dia 20 de Agosto, a minha colega e amiga Isabel casou-se e eu fui dar uma ajuda a entreter miúdos e graúdos. Foi uma tarde cheia de balões, tigres e Hello Kittys :) E até tive direito a pintar o nome da noiva para uma coreografia feita pelas amigas.

On August 20th, my colleague and friend Isabel got married and I went there to give a hand at entertaining both children and grown-ups. I did a lot of balloon twisting and painted loads of tigers and Hello Kittys :) And I also had the chance to paint the bride's name on her frind's cheeks for special choreography.

No passado dia 21 de Maio a Loja das Crianças fez um ano :) E convidou-me a festejar com eles. Muitos parabéns! Vale a pena visitar aloja e o bolo estava maravilhoso ;)

On May 21st, Loja das Crianças had its First Anniversary :) And they have invited me to celebrate with them. Happy Birthday and Congratulations! The shop is worth a visit and the cake was wonderful ;)

Workshop II

No passado dia 7, juntei-me à Inês, à Selene e à Neuza para uma tarde cheia de pintura e muita, muita diversão :) Borboletas, tigres, gatos, arco-íris e princesas foram os exercícios... E não saíram nada mal! Obrigada pela companhia :)

On May 7th, I have joined Inês, Selne and Neuza for an afternoon of face painting fun :) Our exercises included butterflies, tigers, cats, rainbows and princesses... And they turned quite alright! Thanks for joining me :)

Workshop

No dia 19 de Março realizou-se o meu primeiro workshop de pintura facial, que teve lugar no Algarve :) Eu, a Guida e a Ana passámos a tarde à volta das tintas. E foi bem giro! Muito obrigada pela experiência, adorei. Espero que vocês também :)

On March 19th, I did my first workshop, which was held in the Algarve :) Guida, Ana and I spent a great afternoon experimenting with paint. It was soooo cool! Thanks for the experience, I loved it . Hope you did too :)

Barriga da Sónia / Sónia's belly

Depois de tanto tempo, consegui finalmente pintar uma barriga :) A Sónia achou o projecto interessante e quis ficar com uma recodação única da gravidez... Foi uma noite divertida e muito bem passada. Obrigada!

After all this time, I finally got to paint a belly :) Sónia thought the idea to be interesting and wanted a unique memory from her pregnancy... It was a fun evening. Thank you!

Aniversário do Tomás e da Mariana / Tomás and Mariana's Birthday

No passado dia 15 fui fazer pinturas na festa de aniversário do Tomás e da Mariana :) Foi uma tarde muito divertida, com muita pintura à mistura! Pintei borboletas, vampiros, arco-íris, Hello Kitty, piratas, caveiras, chitas, leões, palhaços... Foi muito divertido :) Um grande obrigada à mãe Susana, à "Eventos & Crianças" e aos aniversariantes. Foi um dia em grande!

On the 15th I went to paint at Tomás and Mariana´s birthday party :) It was a fun afternoon, with loads of painting done! I've painted butterflies, vampires, rainbows, Hello Kitty, pirates, skulls, cheetahs, lions, clowns... I had lots of fun :) A big thank you to Susana, to "Eventos & Crianças" and to the birthday kids. It was a very nice day!

Aniversário da Maria / Maria's birthday

No dia 29 de Novembro foi o aniversário da Maria! Diverti-me imenso e fartei-me de pintar :) Muito obrigada à minha mamã, que fez a saia de princesa, e ao Duarte, à Joana e à Maria por me terem convidado a partilhar com eles este dia especial. Obrigada ainda aos pais dos meninos que deixaram pôr as fotos no blogue :)

Maria's birthday was on November 29th! I had a lot of fun and did a lot of face painting, too :) Thank you mom, for making my princess skirt and thank you Duarte, Joana and Maria for inviting me to share this special day with them. Thank you also to the parents who allowed photos to be posted :)

Cupcakes!

Pois é! Que melhor opção para juntar a uma festa já cheia de cor que uns deliciosos cupcakes? Feitos em casa, com muito amor e carinho, e com imensos sabores diferentes... Nham Nham :D Nada melhor que experimentar!

What better option to add to a colorful party than some delicious cupcakes? Home made, with care and love and a ton of different flavours... Nham Nham :D Try them!

No passado sábado foi a festa de aniversário da minha amiga Patrícia :) Tivémos direito a piscina, máquina de imperial, muita comidinha boa, DJ e, claro... Pinturas faciais! Foi pena termos ficado sem luz, senão tenho a certea que teria pintado muito mais. Aqui ficam os resultados. Obrigada a todos :)

Last Saturday I went to my frind Patrícia's birthday party :) There was a swimming pool, plenty of beer, good food, DJ and, of course... Face Painting! It was a shame the sun set, otherwise I would have painted a lot more. This is how it turned out. Thank you all :)

Fim-de-semana de chuva / Rainy weekend

O que é que se faz num fim-de-semana de chuva? Pinta-se, pois claro! Toda a gente lá em casa teve direito a ser pintado. Nem o Hugo escapou! Foi um fim-de-semana no Agarve que tão cedo não vai esquecer :) Um porco, um sapo, uma borboleta e um Homem-Aranha que ficaram bem giros. E as tintas são tão confortáveis que a minha mãe se esqueceu de que estava pintada e foi abrir a porta da rua ;) A pessoa do outro lado ficou confusa ao ver uma borboleta abrir-lhe a porta eheheh

What do you do on a rainy weekend? You face paint, of course! Everybody at our house got to be face painted. Not even Hugo managed to escape! He won't forget this weekend anytime soon, I imagine :) A pig, a frog, a butterfly and SpiderMan that turned out quite well. And the paints are so comfortable that my mum forgot she was painted and went to answer the door ;) The person on the other side wasn't expecting a butterfly eheheh
